2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
8 whole cloves
1 (4-inch) stick cinnamon
Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Add vinegar,
sugar, salt, cloves and cinnamon to reserved syrup. Pour into
saucepan, heat 10 minutes. Add pineapple chunks. Bring to a
boil. Remove from heat, cool. Chill until serving time.
