WHITE VELVET 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2/3 c. sugar 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1 c. milk 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 3/4 c. Angel Flake coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 Tbsp. rum or Amaretto liqueur (optional) Cream the cream cheeses and sugar until fluffy. Dis- solve gelatin in milk in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved. Add to cream cheese mixture; beat until well combined. Add flavorings and sour cream. Carefully fold in coconut, Cool Whip and lemon rind. Pour into a pretty bowl or mold. This makes a very pretty and unusual salad or dessert. Also nice unmolded and surrounded with fresh fruit.
