CRANBERRY SALAD

1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O
1 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. crushed pineapple,
drained

Grind cranberries and orange. Add sugar. Let stand
overnight. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water. Cool. When
half set, add chopped nuts, marshmallows, celery, apples and
crushed pineapple. Make day before. May be frozen or kept in
refrigerator for several weeks. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
