MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 2 c. apples 2 c. cranberries 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O 1 packet Knox gelatine 2 c. hot water Drain pineapple; save juice. Add enough water to pineapple juice for 1 cup. Add this to packet of Knox gela- tine. Stir to dissolve. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir. Add gelatine mixture and stir. Add sugar. Quarter and core apples. Do not peel. Coarsely grind apples and cran- berries and add apples, cranberries and pineapple to Jell-O mixture. Pour into mold, flat baking dish or bowl. This is a delicious salad for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners. Goes well with ham or turkey. Makes 18 servings.
