CRANBERRY FLUFF SALAD|
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry
3 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. If desired, add sugar
next. Let chill until slightly thickened. Beat cranberry
sauce with mixer until saucy. Stir in celery and nuts next.
Fold in sour cream. Chill until firm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
