CHEESE LIME SALAD|
1/2 lb. or 32 large
1 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
(at room temperature)
1 (9 oz.) can crushed
1 c. cream, whipped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
chopped nuts (optional)
radishes for garnish
In a heavy pan, melt marshmallows in milk over low heat.
Pour into a bowl and add Jell-O, stirring until dissolved. Add
creamed cheese and stir. Add pineapple and refrigerate. Add
cream, mayonnaise, cheese and nuts. Put in 5 or 6 cup mold.
Garnish with radishes. Refrigerate. Makes 12 servings.
