SOUFFLE FRUIT SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. Tokay grapes

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Cool. Add remaining
ingredients. Whip with a rotary beater until well blended.
Pour into refrigerator tray and chill until firm at the edge,
but still soft in the center. Turn into a bowl and whip until
fluffy. Fold in apples, pecans and grapes. Pour into a mold
and chill until firm. Makes 4 servings.
