LEMON AND LIME SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple
and juice. Set aside. Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling
water. Add cream cheese and set aside to cool. Pour lime
gelatin in bottom of mold. When it begins to set up, add
cooled lemon gelatin, adding whipped cream to lemon gelatin
first. Lime gelatin cannot be completely set before adding top
layer or it won't stay together when umolded, but should be set
enough so that the two do not mix together. Makes 10 servings.
