1 can tomato soup
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Heat soup slowly and put
in cream cheese. Simmer until smooth. Cool. Add vegetables
and chill. This is a rich salad. Makes 8 or more servings.
