LEMON SALAD OR DESSERT 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O 2 c. hot water 3 large bananas, chopped miniature marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained and reserved Topping: 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 1/2 c. milk whipped topping Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add enough water to the pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to Jell-O and stir. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Add pineapple and bananas right away. Cover with marshmallows and let set until firm. Mix pudding and milk. Spread on Jell-O and cover with whipped topping. May garnish with maraschino cherries. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
