2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
2 large bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained
1 c. or more miniature

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cream, whipped
1/4 c. shredded American
3/4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in 7-Up. Chill
until partially set. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and
bananas. Pour into 9 x 15-inch pan or mold. Chill until firm.
Combine sugar, flour, juice and egg. Cook over low heat. Add
butter. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Frost Jell-O. Sprinkle
with cheeses, if desired. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
