LEMON PARTY SALAD|
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 can lemon pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple with
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cream
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon
pie filling and pineapple with juice. Mix and chill. When the
mixture is firm, add topping.
Topping: Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and
cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Makes 12 servings.
