CREAM CHEESE, PINEAPPLE AND JELLO SALAD|
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits,
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. whipping cream or 2 c.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water and pineapple juice.
Add mashed cream cheese to Jell-O. When Jell-O is set to egg
white stage, add nuts, celery and pineapple tidbits. Add
whipped cream last. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
