CHEESE-GELATIN SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 c. ice cubes 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. chopped olives 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained nuts Prepare 1 package lemon Jell-O plus the unflavored gelatin with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cool with the ice cubes. Prepare Dream Whip and beat in cream cheese. Add pineapple, olives, celery and nuts. When gelatin becomes syrupy, fold in the Dream Whip mixture. Pour in large 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Chill until set. Prepare the 2nd lemon Jell-O according to directions and pour gently over the salad. For holidays, red or green Jell-O may be used for top layer. Makes 15 servings.
