HAWAIIAN EYEFUL 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O 3/4 tsp. salt 2 c. boiling water 1 (16 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice) 1 tsp. vinegar 1 c. diced orange sections 1 c. chopped celery Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water. Add pineapple liquid and vinegar to Jell-O. Chill until very thick. Then stir in fruit and celery. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Makes 12 servings.
