FLUFFY ORANGE SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. boiling water 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. shredded carrots (optional) Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cream cheese and marshmallows to hot Jell-O mixture. Stir until melted. Let set until it starts to congeal. Add pineapple, Cool Whip, salad dressing and lemon juice. Fold together. Stir in carrots, if desired. Chill until set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
