ORANGE SNOW PEAKS 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. orange juice dash of salt Drain oranges, reserving the syrup. Add water to make 1 cup. Heat to boiling. Add liquid to gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Add cream cheese and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Add orange juice and salt. Chill until partially set and then stir in oranges. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
