PEARL TAPIOCA SALAD

5 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. baby pearl tapioca
3 oz. pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
1 can Mandarin oranges,
drained (reserve juice for
Jell-O)
fruit to go with Jell-O
1 c. whipped cream

Into boiling water, add tapioca, sugar and salt. Cook
until clear, about 10 to 12 minutes. Add Jell-O and cool. Add
desired fruits and whipped cream. Makes 10 servings.
