SUNSET SALAD

3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained
2 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. walnuts

Prepare the Jell-O following package directions. Use
drained pineapple juice as part of the cold water. Chill until
thick and add pineapple, carrots and walnuts. Chill until
firm. Makes 12 servings.
