RHUBARB SALAD MOLD 3 c. chopped rhubarb 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O Cook rhubarb with sugar and water until tender. Skim foam from rhubarb. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Pour into mold or dish. May serve with cream cheese ball. Makes 6 servings.
