APPLE CRUNCH SALAD|
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water or apple
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. diced apple
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Mix cinnamon and Jell-O. Dissolve in boiling water.
Add cold water and chill until thickened. Fold in apples,
celery and nuts. Spoon into 6 cup mold or pan.
