HOLIDAY CRANBERRY MOLD|
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
3 1/2 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Stir Jell-O into 1 cup boiling cranberry juice until
dissolved. Add remaining juice. Chill until mixture mounds.
Beat in mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 5 cup
mold and chill until set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
