CRANBERRY SALAD

1 lb. cranberries
2 or 3 apples
1 (9 oz.) can crushed
pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped

Wash and grind cranberries with the apples. Add crushed
pineapple to cranberry mixture and mix well. Stir in sugar and
let stand 1/2 hour. Mix raspberry Jell-O with hot water and
then with cold water. Put in refrigerator. When Jell-O starts
to congeal, mix with cranberry mixture. Add nutmeats. Chill.
Make the day before needed. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
