RED RASPBERRY SALAD

2 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry
Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen red raspberries
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce

Topping:
1 c. whipping cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
16 miniature marshmallows

Add boiling water to Jell-O to dissolve. Stir in frozen
raspberries and applesauce. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Topping: Whip cream. Beat in cream cheese until
smooth. Add marshmallows and spread on top of congealed
gelatin. Let set overnight. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
