BEET SALAD 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (16 oz.) can beets, diced 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 3/4 c. water Drain beets and pineapple. Add water, sugar and lemon juice to the drained juice to make 3 cups liquid. Heat and dissolve Jell-O in it. Let set until cool, then add remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
