CRANAPPLE MOLDED SALAD

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry
sauce
1 c. celery, cut up
2 c. apples, cut up
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice. Let stand until
softened (5 minutes). Microwave orange juice and gelatin
mixture on High (100%) until steaming hot. Stir in cranberry
sauce until well mixed. Cool slightly. Add apples, celery and
nuts. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
