CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can whole
cranberries
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. nuts

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water and then add 1
cup cold water. Cool, then add cranberries and pineapple
chunks (cut in half). Next, add celery and nuts. Attractive
at Christmas in a star-shaped mold. If using a ring mold,
place a container of salad dressing or mayonnaise in the
center. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
