LIME JELLO SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O 1 1/4 c. boiling water 1 c. diced celery 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Dissolve cream cheese in Jell-O. Add Miracle Whip. Use egg beater to mix cream cheese into Jell-O. When Jell-O is cool, add celery, nuts and pineapple, including juice. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 12 servings.
