LIME-PEAR-RICE SALAD

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pears
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 pt. cream, whipped

Dissolve Jell-O with 3 3/4 cups hot water. Cool. Add
drained, sliced pears. Refrigerate until set. Cook rice and
cool. Whip cream; add sugar and mix with cool rice. Spoon
over Jell-O. Makes 12 servings.
