1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped celery

Prepare Jell-O using 1 3/4 cups hot water. When cool,
add other ingredients and chill. Cubed or chunked pineapple
may be substituted for crushed. Serve on lettuce leaf. Makes
4 to 6 servings.
