CREAM CHEESE SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. hot water
32 whole or 3 c. miniature
marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
2 c. hot water

Pineapple juice may be heated and used instead of water
with Jell-O. Cool lime Jell-O slightly. Add marshmallows and
pineapple. Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add to first
mixture. Cool until it thickens a little, then fold in whipped
cream. Pour in an oblong pan, 9 x 13 x 2-inches. Chill until
very firm.
Dissolve cherry Jell-O in hot water and cool thoroughly,
then pour over firm mixture in pan and cool until set. Best to
be made the day before serving. May be cut in squares and
served on lettuce or used as is. Makes 20 servings.
