2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans crushed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.
Chill until thickened, but not set. Drain pineapple, reserving
1/4 cup liquid. Fold pineapple and pecans into gelatin mix-
ture. Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch square pan. Chill until
almost set. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add reserved pineapple
liquid. Gradually add to cream cheese, mixing until well
blended. Pour over lime gelatin layer. Chill until firm.
Makes 12 servings.
