PERFECTION SALAD

2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg.
lemon or lime Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple and juice
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. finely grated carrots
1/4 c. or less grated onion
3 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of salt

Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water. Add cold water
and vinegar. Chill. Then fold in the remaining ingredients.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Makes 15 servings.
