LEMON PEACH SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O 1 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peaches, partially thawed 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 envelope Dream Whip, mixed according to directions Variation: Use strawberry Jell-O and strawberries. Dissolve 1 package lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in peaches and stir until well blended. Pour this mixture into a ring mold and let set. In the meantime, dissolve the other package of lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and let set until mixture starts to congeal. Mix softened cream cheese with prepared Dream Whip. Whip the congealed Jell-O; add the cheese and Dream Whip. Blend well and pour over top of the hardened Jell-O in the ring mold. Chill well before unmolding. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
