GOOSEBERRY SALAD 1 1/4 c. water 1 pt. gooseberries (fresh or frozen) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. sugar 2 bananas, sliced Cook gooseberries and water until berries begin to break open. Then add gelatin and sugar. Stir well to dissolve. Cool. When mixture begins to set, add bananas. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Cool and serve. Makes 9 servings.
