THANKSGIVING FRUIT SALAD|
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
1/4 c. orange juice
1 apple, chopped (do not peel)
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Add water to cranberries; simmer 10 minutes. Add sugar
and orange Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
Partially cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2
quart mold and chill. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
