CINNAMON APPLESAUCE SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O 1 3/4 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 c. applesauce 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Dissolve 1 package Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour into a 6 cup mold. Chill until set, but not firm. Meanwhile, dissolve remaining package of Jell-O in the 3/4 cup boiling water. Blend in sour cream to which the cinnamon has been added; then, add applesauce. Blend well. (You may choose to use a rotary beater for good blending action.) Spoon into mold. Chill at least 3 hours. Unmold. Garnish with salad greens. Makes 10 servings.
