PINEAPPLE CARROT JELLO SALAD

1 c. shredded carrots
1 (9 oz.) can crushed
pineapple
2 pkg. lemon or orange Jell-O
maraschino cherries to garnish

Dissolve Jell-O according to directions. Add shredded
carrots and pineapple. Chill. When just about set, add
cherries to decorate. Makes 8 servings.
Note: Use juice from pineapple with liquid to dissolve
Jell-O.
