SPICED JELLIED APRICOTS 12 canned apricot halves, drained 3/4 c. apricot juice 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 12 cloves 1 stick cinnamon 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O Simmer apricots with juice, vinegar, sugar and spices for 10 minutes. Remove apricots. Strain syrup. Add hot water to make 2 cups. Dissolve Jell-O in hot liquid. Cool. Place apricots in 6 (1/2 cup) molds. Pour in Jell-O. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve as a relish or salad. (Peaches may be used instead of apricots.) Makes 6 servings.
