ORANGE SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 12 large marshmallows, cut fine 1 c. boiling water 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. finely grated carrots 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped 1/2 c. salad dressing 1 tsp. lemon juice Dissolve gelatin, marshmallows and cream cheese in hot mixture until well blended. Set aside until it just begins to congeal. Add pineapple, carrots, whipped cream, salad dressing and lemon juice. Blend together well. Pour into a mold or pan and let set.
