STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD

1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained
1 pt. frozen strawberries
2 or 3 bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and add pineapple,
frozen strawberries and bananas. Pour half into a mold or bowl
and cool until set. Spread 8 ounces of the sour cream on this,
then pour on rest of Jell-O mixture. Let this set. Add rest
of sour cream over top. (For 3 layers, put all sour cream in
the middle.) This is very pretty layered in a clear glass bowl.
You can garnish the top with maraschino cherries and celery
leaves, or some plastic holly looks pretty. Makes 10 to 12
servings.
