LAYERED RAINBOW SALAD|
1/2 gal. ice cream
4 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
(assorted colors and
Dissolve 1 package of gelatin in 1 cup hot water and add
1/4 the ice cream. Stir until ice cream is completely melted
and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm (about 1
hour) and continue with remaining ingredients, putting each
layer atop the previous one. Makes 15 to 20 servings.
