PRESERVING CHILDREN

1 large grassy field
1/2 doz. children (all sizes)
1 long narrow brook (pebbly if
possible)
3 dogs

Mix children with dogs and empty into large field,
stirring continuously. Sprinkle with field flowers, pour brook
gently over pebbles. Cover all with deep blue sky and bake in
hot sun. When children are well browned, they may be removed.
Will be found ripe and ready for setting away to cool the the
bath tub.
