BIRD NEST COOKIES 2 c. sugar 5 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. quick oats 1 1/2 c. coconut jelly beans Combine sugar and cocoa in glass bowl. Stir in milk and add butter. Cook this mixture until it boils. Stir well, continue cooking. Remove and stir in vanilla. Add oats and coconut, mix. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Add jelly beans for eggs and refrigerate.
