4 c. rolled oats (either quick
or regular)
2 c. raw wheat germ
1 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. water
2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, mixing very well. Spread in a
large jelly roll pan and bake at 325 degrees for about one hour,
stirring every 15 minutes. Length of baking time is determined
by desired crispness. Cool and store in a tightly covered
container. Makes 10 cups.
