PEANUT HONEY POPCORN BALLS

4 qt. popped corn
1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter (plain or
chunky)

Combine sugar and honey in heavy saucepan. Bring to
boil and boil 1 minute. Blend in peanut butter. Let syrup
cool slightly. Then pour over popped corn; toss to coat each
kernel. When cool enough to handle, butter hands and shape
into 3-inch balls.
