SOUR CREAM CAKE

1 1/2 c. rich cream
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Fold into rich cream well beaten eggs. Sift together
flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Fold in gently with a
wire whip. Blend in vanilla. Can serve with or without sugar
topping. Sugar topping is powdered sugar.
