1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
Mix dry ingredients, then add oil and milk; stir. Pour
into a greased baking pan (7 x 7-inches). Bake at 375 degrees about
25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry when tested.
