GOODY BALLS

2 to 3 c. peanut butter
(crunchy is best)
1 c. wheat germ, rolled oats
or granola
1 c. dried skim milk
(non-instant)
1/2 c. honey or molasses
1/2 c. apple juice or cider
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut, shredded

Optional:
chopped dried fruit
sunflower seeds
chopped nuts

No heat method: Mix wheat germ or cereal, milk, honey,
raisins and other optional ingredients. Add enough peanut
butter to make the mixture stiff but not crumbly. Add the
juice and work it in. Roll the mixture into balls (it can be
pressed into a cake pan also if bars are desired instead) and
then roll the balls into coconut. Store in a covered container
in the refrigerator if any are left over from the initial
attack.
