SOFT PRETZELS 1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water 1 Tbsp. sugar 4 c. flour beaten egg kosher salt Melt yeast in lukewarm water in a large bowl. Add sugar; add flour. Partially mix dough. Knead on bread board until mixed. Tear off small hunks and shape. Put pretzels onto cookie sheets. Brush pretzels with beaten egg. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
